Tiny Terrace Thursdays, a cherished series of intimate concerts, expands its journey from the private terraces of Florence and Amsterdam to the creative embrace of Toqueur.

This new chapter, curated by Sophie in collaboration with Toqueur, celebrates the expansion of our musical gatherings into a public, yet intimately curated, space. Featuring a selection of diverse performances per evening, Tiny Terrace transcends its setting, fostering connections through the universal language of music and art. It's a place to not just listen, but to share moments, drinks and snacks, and the magic that happens when people, music and art come together.

This evening, in the spirit of women’s month, we will feature three talented and powerful female artists and create powerful magic on stage.

Momento Mari

Momento Mari is an American singer/songwriter who discovered her love for music in the heart of the Midwest. From a young age, she picked up a guitar and never looked back. Her music is a captivating fusion of acoustic rock, blues, and bedroom pop, drawing inspiration from her surroundings and experiences. Known for her lyrical prowess and witty one-liners, Momento Mari weaves a tapestry of emotions with each song, taking listeners on a journey through the depths of the human experience. Manka Menga Manka Menga is a multi-displinary artist who through her work involves challenging learned internalized misinformation both personally and socially. Her poetry, deliberately sensual and blasphemous is both therapy and victory over her abusers and challenges the scope of self expression afforded to African women and queer people. She is inspired by women who through their defiance of societal norms achieved a place in both history books and hearts and minds of the society. You can follow her journey here.

Lily Janae

Lily Janae is singer songwriter and poet based in Amsterdam. She grew up on the seaside of a small hippie island in a house with 34 different instruments. Her work reflects on everything day life with humour and absurdity. Lily Janae pulls from influences across genres like 70s American folk, jazz, and the Seattle indie scene.
