Join us for the first of a three-part programme where we dive into different aspects of empowerment.

In this Embrace your Menstrual Power session, we are going to chat about all things menstruation.

We will kick-off with a Masterclass on menstruation where the goal is to empower you with knowledge on what the phases of your menstrual cycle are, how to use this as a tool to maximise your potential in fitness, nutrition, hormones, and overall wellbeing, and to leave feeling more curious to learn more!

We have invited people who have a business surrounding the menstruation cycle to sit on a moderated panel talk. Here, we’ll be able to these discuss different angles of using menstruation to your power and, ultimately, fuel you with the knowledge to understand what is actually going on when women go through these phases.

This event is open to anyone who is curious to learn about menstruation to join.
