Energising Creative Flow

Have you ever practiced yoga in an art gallery? Whether the answer is yes or no, there’s an opportunity to merge artistic expressions in this energising and curated yoga flow session. 

We start the class with a form of mindful grounding, and then build into a fast-paced flow, using traditional and untraditional vinyasa sequences to an intentional playlist. 

The goal is to move your body and mind and leave the space inspired in whichever way you choose!
