Or perhaps you check generic dream dictionaries for answers that rarely satisfy your curiosity? Learning the symbolic language of dreams is essential for working with dreams successfully and gaining insights about the inner processes of your psyche.
During this talk, Sonia Kolasinska (a dream researcher and practitioner) will share practical advice on how to identify dream symbols and important elements. You will also learn about different approaches to working with dreams, their benefits and potential pitfalls.
Once you learn the symbolic language that dreams speak to you, you’ll be able to unravel their meaning to find incredibly valuable insights from your deepest Self, receive guidance about your life, and access a source of joy, creativity, and inspiration.

Sonia Kolasińska is a dream researcher, practitioner, and student of Master’s degree in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology at Alef Trust Institute. She’s a member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams, and a winner of their 2024 Student Research Award for a paper on the nature of dream consciousness.
