About the event
Mert Pekduraner will be performing on the evening of September 20th at Toqueur in Amsterdam!
The Amsterdam-based guitarist and composer gained recognition with his piece “Kıyı (Side by Side, Venice Biennale),” recorded for an architectural installation project exhibited at the Arsenale Pavilion of the 17th Venice Biennale. He further established his unique audience with his subsequent studio albums “Geriye Ne Kaldı?” (2021) and “DIALOGUES IN THE DARK” (2022). Pekduraner has participated in various projects in countries such as Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Macedonia, and Bulgaria, and has had the opportunity to perform at the same festivals as artists like Erkan Oğur, Tord Gustavsen, Mammal Hands, Erik Truffaz, and GoGo Penguin.
Mert Pekduraner will meet his audience with a “Solo” set in Amsterdam.
